It’s quite impressive how Sidmouth Cemetery has been transformed over the last few weeks – and that’s not the Cherishing Sidmouth Cemeteries group saying that!
Here’s a very positive note sent after the CSC working party session yesterday [Thursday 29th] morning. It’s from a key member of the District Council’s Streetscene team – Paul Fealey, Horticultural Officer – together with some of his fine photographs of that session.
“Sidmouth Cemetery is looking so much better, thanks to organisation behind the scenes, to a lot of hard work from dedicated volunteers, a few days’ work by a contractor and help with disposal of many tonnes of green waste by the grounds team. See the images attached, which contrast greatly to the images taken in January.”
